Another two disappointing away trips for the Foals, losing to Ingolstadt and soon-to-be-relegated Hannover 96. Manuel talks you through the matches, before moving on to squad news and some info on the annual general meeting, showing that the club is currently prosperous and wealthy like never before.

Another fiesta at Borussia-Park, third-placed Hertha BSC was emphatically beaten 5-0. Both Andre Hahn and Oscar Wendt returned to the starting eleven, with the former Ex-Augsburg player getting himself on the scoresheet. Tony Jantschke also made his comeback after several months of injury – more good news for coach Andre Schubert. Sitting on Fourth now, Borussia will face tough-to-beat Ingolstadt in the next away match. Manuel talks you through both encounters.

A dominant Borussia is held 2-1 by Schalke at Veltins Arena, in a match that some pundits afterwards described as “slapstick”. 22 shots on target, some clear-cut chances missed or denied by Schalke’s outstanding keeper Ralf Fährmann, and Schalke bags two goals through an own goal by Martin Hinteregger and a deflected shot off Granit Xhaka’s shoulder. Unbelievable. The team must not let their heads down, however, as this was still a very stong team performance, completely outplaying one of the biggest clubs in the League on their own ground. After the Easter Bundesliga break, it’s another big match for Europe when high-flying Hertha Berlin is coming to Borussia-Park on Sunday.

Keeping another clean sheet at Borussia-Park, Gladbach sent Eintracht back to Frankfurt with a convincing 3-0 victory. Manuel talks you through the encounter which put the Foals back on Fourth. Before Borussia is facing Schalke 04 at Veltins-Arena on Friday night for a big game on matchday 27, Norwegian centre-back Havard Nordtveit has announced officially his departure from Mönchengladbach in summer, he’ll most likely be joining West Ham United.

A mixed bag for the Foals with a 2-2 draw to Augsburg, followed by a convincing 4-0 over VfB Stuttgart before losing to CL-quarter final contender VfL Wolfsburg. Manuel talks you through the games and André Schubert’s change of formation, shifting between a 4-4-2 and 3-4-3. Sadly, centre back Martin Stranzl held a press conference this week to announce his retirement from football at the end of season, an end of an era at Borussia-Park and a personality that’ll be truly missed by everyone. Next opponent is struggling Eintracht Frankfurt, who sacked coach Armin Veh this week to install Nico Kovac, former Croatia-coach.

After the poor performance at Hamburg (2-3), Borussia turned it around in the derby against Cologne, with Mo Dahoud scoring the much-celebrated winner early in the game. Now the Foals face Augsburg away on the weekend, before VfB Stuttgart, the best team of the Rückrunde, travels to Borussia-Park for some mid-week action on Wednesday. Manuel talks you through the matches against Hamburg and Cologne and previews the upcoming two matches, plus looks at the squad options for these fixtures.

Borussia ended the goalless draught on Friday nights with a tasty 5-1 victory over Werder Bremen, who had eliminated the Foals from the DFB-Cup at Borussia-Park just seven weeks ago. The return of Mo Dahoud in midfield certainly helped the attacking play, but it was defender Andreas Christensen who bagged a brace against Werder, his first two goals for Gladbach. This Sunday, Borussia travels to HSV, where André Schubert’s team has only lost one in their last six matches. Manuel reviews and previews the matches.

After now two defeats – a strange deja-vu is settling in – the Foals now face Werder Bremen in another Friday night Bundesliga clash at Borussia-Park. Both the match in Bremen as well as the DFB-Cup tie in December went the way of Viktor Skripnik’s squad, while Borussia hasn’t scored in any Friday night match since 2013. Given the poor skills in front of goal in Mainz, André Schubert will have to make sure Borussia is finding their way back into the competition to secure the first points in 2016! Manuel takes you through the Mainz game, the transfer deadline activities and the upcoming Werder-match.

No luck for the foals as Dortmund beat Gladbach for the second time this season, after the 4-0 on the first matchday now a convincing 3-1 for Thomas Tuchel’s side. Still, Borussia remains on 4th place, securing Champions-League play-offs. This week André Schubert’s team is travelling to Mainz for the Friday night game at Coface Arena, where the Foals are unbeaten in four matches. Manuel takes you through the Dortmund game and previews the upcoming Mainz-fixture.
